This week, I’ve been organizing all the information and recipes I need for my final product. I’ve finally decided what I’ll be doing—drumroll, please…
It’s a recipe book: Leah’s Guide to Baking Substitutes!
I’m really excited about the creation process and can’t wait to see the final result printed! My week has mostly been filled with completing more slides for my presentation and gathering everything I need, since printing and shipping the book takes about 12–13 business days. It’s officially crunch time for me!
Outside of that, I’ve just been attending my internship site and completing the tasks assigned to me. For example, one day while I was in the shop, I helped prep for a catering order that was going out the next morning. It was a HUGE order—I literally had to fold 48 boxes so that the morning shift could just pop the bagels in. It made me really curious about what event the catering was for, but mostly I was just shocked that there were that many!
Anyway, thanks again for tuning in! Wish me luck on getting my book submitted in time! <3
