The Presentation before The Presentation
Hello all! Today is my last day working at the lab! Tomorrow I am coming in for the last time to give a presentation to all the lab researchers… This is even scarier than the actual presentation because everyone working here is an expert in the field. It will be a good experience though, because I’ll be able to get expert feedback before the real presentation in front of all of you. Plus, we will probably have cake afterwards. My presentation and final product are all put together, so today I am just practicing presenting. I am saving that big moment of sharing my results for the presentation, so please come watch! I present May 8th around 1:20pm.
I also completed the packaging of my model, so that anyone at the lab can use it easily, simply by installing the program. We are currently running my model on other datasets to extract more sentences, and therefore obtain more data that can be used in the speech rating project. It is performing significantly better than the original model that I had when I first came in so that is exciting. Wish me luck on this presentation, until next time!
