Curtain Call: The Final Shows: 4/22/2024

This week Urinetown moved to the Nesbitt Elliott Playhouse of the Mesa Arts Center. During our first tech rehearsal on Tuesday, the teen cast appeared on FOX News to promote the show. I took photos for the segment’s host, Cory McCloskey and even chatted a bit with him. You can see the segments on the Places! Instagram page. I would like to give a special thanks to everyone from BASIS who attended all 6 of the final performances over the course of the week. In Beauty and the Beast news, the blocking is done.
This week I did the final edits for my show, and I’ve begun to acquire photos and videos to play during the presentation. One of the things that’s making me nervous is trying to memorize everything. I’ve come up with a system where I’ll do a chunk of pages over time. I’ve included the invitation again to make sure that everyone remembers to come. Thank you for sticking with me through this senior project and I wish you all the best for the future.
