Conclusion: The End … Or …

Eugene j -

Hey Everyone!

This will be my last blog post. I enjoyed my Senior Project experience. I am especially thankful for being part of AP Research and having fun in class with other students working on their projects. I want to thank Ms. Titone for being the AP Research teacher and for owning an iPhone, which gave me easy access to the Apple Health App for my data collection, but seriously, she did great and helped us a lot through the entire process.

I won’t lie; I’m partly thankful for finishing the project. I mean, I wouldn’t trade this experience for anything else, and I would love to do another project, but after finishing my paper, I will take this break with open arms. Since it is an AP paper, I don’t believe I can share it with all of you, which is unfortunate. But believe me when I say that finishing a ~4,500-word paper was quite the ordeal.

Now, after all of this, what do I mean by the ‘Or’ in the title? Well, I have good and kinda bad news.

I have been allowed to continue my internship at the hospital! I can continue working over the summer until I leave for university. Additionally, I’m getting paid for my work there, so any Juniors reading, if you remember anything, remember this: DO a Senior Project. You might get a job out of it! (Also, the experience itself is fantastic.)

Now, for the kinda bad news, this very weekend, we will be installing the new linear accelerator. Of course, this has to happen right after my final post, so unfortunately, I can’t tell you all about it. And that is it—that’s the bad news; I hope that doesn’t affect all of you too much.

Anyways, Thank You, Everyone who read through my posts and commented.
