Week 5 Update
Hey everyone! It was nice to start working on my project after taking a relaxing spring break! This week I started to work more on the data analysis aspect of my project. I will be using the “R” software package, so I mainly worked on importing the data into the software. Other than that, I also researched into any papers that used the Wilcoxon rank sum test and linear regressions to display data about neurodegeneration. I will be using those graphs to display my own data, so I wanted to learn more about them and how they are used in this field. My project is definitely progressing well so far without any major roadblocks, and I am excited to see all of the results!
