Time to S.E.T. sail!
Hello everyone!
The preparations are coming to an end and it’s now time to finally showcase what I’ve been working towards these past few months. And what better time to showcase my sex ed curriculum than during sex education month: May!
I invite everyone to my senior project presentation on May 10th from 9:25 to 9:50 in the auditorium. Additionally, you can find my final product on display in the lobby of the auditorium.
Thank you to Mrs. Smetanick for directing me and helping me brainstorm ideas for the posts, Allison Stewart for always being there to help and making sure I don’t overwhelm myself, Dr. Bhakti Mamtora for providing me with resources for the background, Mrs. Bennett and Mrs. Rothschild for answering all my questions, my family and friends for supporting me throughout this journey and to the next, and thank you to everyone reading!
Joseph M. Marshall III once said “Life is a circle. The end of one journey is the beginning of the next.” So instead of looking at this as the end, it’s more the beginning. A beginning in which I plan to continue my efforts of implementation and advocacy for a comprehensive and culturally appropriate sex education curriculum in India.
