Seventh Update

Hello everyone!
This week I mainly focused on bringing my paper together and connecting all of the data collected, as well as transition my literature review into the rest of my paper. Since I have collected all of the data I need for this project, I no longer need to focus on interviewing instructors. Instead, when I am at my site placement I either discuss my project and its implications with my site advisor or work more on my paper.
Nothing much happened this week as it was mostly writing, however I did talk a little more about regulations regarding student instructor training with my site advisor. He gave me a few more links to look at, and also went over the full core curriculum again with me. He also made it more clear how the process for training student instructors goes with regards to what I discussed last time with him, since there was a misinterpretation among instructors. Even though he went over how things actually go for student instructor training, I still want to ask a few more student instructors (if possible, since I have not been able to come in contact with any lately) to see if they have changed their opinion on the training, and if they have any further feedback to give.
On top of this, I aim for next week to be the start of my conclusion and “final product,” meeting with my site advisor to figure out how to implement a change that all instructors can follow.
